Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is an Canadian actor best well-known for her roles on the Freeform the fantasy show Shadowhunters and the Venevision television series Cosita linda and Voltea pa' is enamored. As a dancer and model, Toubia has also achieved success in both fields. Born in Montreal She was brought up in Texas. Her entire life she has had a passion for performance. As a kid she was trained to dance in various forms. In her 15th year she began taking part in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame when she participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina, the Univision pageant program. In 2010 she began her acting career as a receptionist on an episode of Telemundo's television show Aurora. In 2015 she starred in her first feature film, an action drama called Tattooed Love.
